About Karen Hanna
Karen Hanna started her career in executive search working for retained search firms such as the Caldwell Partners and the search practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 1994 she established KAREN HANNA EXECUTIVE SEARCH/RECHERCHE DE CADRES working with some of Canada’s most important companies such as Canadian National Railway, BMO Bank of Montreal, Bowater (now Resolute Forest Products), and many others.
Over the span of 25 years, Ms. Hanna has worked as a Generalist in the search services sector identifying talent in both the middle and senior management levels for a variety of functions and industry sectors.
Today, she has focused her expertise on the cybersecurity sector helping companies secure the talent they need to protect their companies.
She holds a B.A. from Bishop’s University; is a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) from the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada; and has held the CHRP designation for many years.
