Although each search is unique and requires a flexible approach, generally, here is how we work.
Phase I We Get To Know You Very Well Each search starts with a detailed discussion with you to gain an understanding of your business, culture, scope and responsibilities of the position along with the ideal candidate profile.
We submit a detailed job specification describing the responsibilities and requirements of the position. We outline our targets and detail exactly how we will proceed.
Extensive, In-depth Research Our search strategy focuses on your objectives. We are strong in our research of the marketplace and in our innovative strategies to identify and recruit the best candidates for your position. We complement these activities by networking with business professionals and searching our proprietary databases.
Measuring Potential Candidates We conduct rigorous face-to-face interviews with potential candidates and measure their backgrounds and qualifications against your requirements. Phase II We Provide You Candidate Assessments When we are convinced of our short list, we present you with our assessment of each candidate's personal and professional qualifications and how they match your selection criteria.
We Schedule Your Interviews We schedule your interview meetings with the candidates and facilitate as needed. We are in constant contact with you and the candidates to ensure proper communication.
Phase III We Conduct A Detailed Reference Check We conduct a detailed reference check with a report on the final candidate.
We Help in Negotiations We assist in the communication between you and the candidate during the negotiation process.
We Give Feedback After the offer and acceptance, we remain in contact with you and the successful candidate to help provide a smooth transition.
